Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction and chiropractic adjustments utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic care have chiropractors been able to provide the level of help and expertise that is available today. Many of the newest chiropractic techniques are actually safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a chiropractor who cares about utilizing the most advanced chiropractic techniques, our providers have years of training, expertise and experience in helping patients get pain relief for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other related conditions originating from the spine. Chiropractic care under a trained professional can even be used to prevent injuries and help you achieve total health or wellness. Some of our techniques include: Diversified, Extremities Adjustment, Thompson Drop Table, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), and Cox Flexion/Distraction.

Corrective Exercises

Corrective Exercises

At Bradshaw Chiropractic, we teach our patients how to perform special "blueprint" exercises which can help strengthen and correct the irregularities in their body which may be causing pain. Many of these corrective exercises can actually be performed in the comfort of your own home to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care and spinal correction plan. In addition to skeletal misalignment, you may be experiencing pain that is caused by muscles and connective tissues which are out of their proper place. Other types of pain such as back pain, neck pain, and headaches are caused by muscles and tissues that are being used improperly, causing injuries over time. In each case, targeted corrective exercises and stretches from our experienced chiropractor will help you feel good while also helping your body achieve balance and health.

Therapeutic Modalities

Therapeutic Modalities

Bradshaw Chiropractic offers a variety of therapeutic modalities to compliment chiropractic care.  Depending on the individual’s condition, diagnosis, and treatment plan, the patient may receive certain therapeutic modalities, such as Intersegment Traction (IST), Electrical Stimulation, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Cryotherapy, and/or Thermotherapy.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling

Our providers are certified dry needling practitioners. Dry needling (Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling) is the use of solid filiform needles for therapy of muscle pain, including pain related to myofascial pain syndrome, by releasing shortened bands of muscles leading to a decrease of trigger point activity. Dry needling therapy can help resolve pain and muscle tension, as well as promote healing within the muscle tissue.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy

We incorporate the benefits of massage with the healing process of chiropractic. Our providers work directly with our massage therapists to insure you get a whole team approach to maximize your care. Massage therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain for many patients. The benefits of massage therapy may include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.

Webster Technique

Dr. Bradshaw uses the Webster Technique on pregnant women who present with a pelvic imbalance. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/ SI joint dysfunction. In doing so neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is improved. The Webster Technique may help to ensure proper fetal positioning for a safer and more natural birth for both mother and infant. Dr. Kevin Bradshaw has been certified as a Webster Technique practitioner through the ICPA. He learned this critical technique from Jeannie Ohm herself, the president of the ICPA.

Nutrition and Dietary Support

We know that many health problems can be attributed to nutritional deficiencies. Nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, enzymes and electrolytes are essential to the health of the body. They provide energy, support metabolism, and are required for many health sustaining, biochemical reactions. Key nutrient deficiencies may be caused by everyday stress, dietary choices and disease progression. At Bradshaw Chiropractic, we will make supplement and dietary recommendations based on the nutritional deficiencies and imbalances that may be indicated by your symptoms and complaints. We will then make dietary suggestions to bring you back to health and wellness. Through the combination of routine chiropractic care, supplementation, and healthy dietary choices, you may truly feel what it means to live a healthy and pain-free lifestyle.

For over 80 years, Standard Process has provided healthcare professionals with high-quality, nutritional whole-food supplements. Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping

Our providers are a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner (CKTP). Kinesio Taping gives support and stability to your joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It is a great addition to treatment and can be applied to any age group and athlete!

Foot Levelers Orthotics

Foot Levelers Orthotics

Dr. Bradshaw incorporates Footlevelers Functional Orthotics within his practice. Most companies design orthotics that support only one arch which often results in the shifting of problems to another part of the body. Footlevelers orthotics support the three arches of the foot to provide structural support for the entire body’s balance. Even if your feet aren’t in pain, they may be the reason you’re experiencing discomfort in other areas of the body. Dr. Bradshaw will perform a full diagnostic assessment to see if Footlevelers orthotics are right for you.
